    What’s it like here?

    Claudette, Executive Support Administrator

‘My role is to provide a full administrative support service to the CEO and the wider Executive senior leadership team.  I regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as committee members and senior business leaders at external organisations, for example to arrange meetings, organise travel, and plan for upcoming appointments and engagements, welcome external visitors and much more. I also work closely with the Corporate team to assist with behind the scenes tasks such as preparing for major all staff events. ARB is a warm, friendly and welcoming place to work.’

Emma, Director of Governance and International

‘My role is to lead the Governance and International Department at ARB, having previously worked within, and led, our Qualifications Department.  On the Governance side, I ensure that we have robust governance systems and processes in place to manage the organisation, and to make sure that our Board and its committees run smoothly. On the International side, I am responsible for taking forward the development of our new international routes to registration, which include negotiating and operationalising mutual recognition agreements with partner organisations in other countries.  I love working in two different areas – it provides exciting challenges, and means that I get to work with a wide range of colleagues across the whole organisation.’

Jodie, Executive Officer and Business Plan Co-Ordinator

‘No two days are the same in my role, which can be challenging but that’s what I enjoy the most. I get to have insight of all aspects of the organisation as part of my Business Plan role, which I find really interesting. I always love when the whole ARB team comes together. As the team grows, I really enjoy the days when all of us are together and embracing ARB’s values and behaviours.’
