Board members

The Board is made up of 15 members. Seven of these are architects elected by their peers, while the remaining eight are members of the public appointed by the Privy Council. A Board member’s term of office is three years, and they can serve a second consecutive three-year term if re-elected or re-appointed. Board members receive an allowance of £250 per day or part thereof spent on Board business. Board members can also claim travel and subsistence allowances
