At its recent meeting on 15 September 2016, the Board agreed to maintain the annual retention fee at £107. The Board also agreed that there would be no changes to the registration and other fees for 2017.
Peter Coe, the Chair of the ARB said, ‘The decision to hold the 2017 retention fee at £107 was a unanimous one. This is the third year running that the fee has been held at this level. While the number on the Register has grown over recent years our continued investment in IT to support the effective delivery of our services, as well as the efficiency of the staff team, has played a significant part in our ability to hold the fee at this amount.’
At the September meeting, the Board also approved the 2017 business plan and budget. Additionally, the Board reviewed and agreed ARB’s Statement of Priorities for 2017 to 2020.
