Andrew Clark has been practicing for 35 years. He has worked in both the private and public sectors of the Architectural profession where he has specialized in healthcare design and developments in London and the Home Counties.
He is currently a Consultant Architect working with a small practice in Oxfordshire, as a consultant in healthcare building design and estate development, local authority planning work, housing and project management.
Andrew has been engaged as an Examiner and Lead Examiner with ARB, and before it with ARCUK, for a period of over 20 years. During this time he has seen and helped the organization through significant changes in the examination process and the further development of the robust and auditable standard equal to that in recognized schools in the UK. Maintaining the standard within the ARB process is vital in sustaining the quality of professional architectural practice. Delivering that in the examination process is key and the process must embody the recognition of talent and expertise, new techniques and innovation in communication, of those who want to practice here.
