I am a fully qualified UK Architect with over 20 years’ experience in Architecture in both the public and private sectors. As a Designer I have been running projects for prestigious clients for a number of years. I have worked managing teams with as many as 20 people, to tight deadlines, on complex schemes. I get on well with people, have a positive outlook and believe I would be a valuable asset and always look forward to new, exciting and challenging opportunities.
Through working as a Program Manager in Qatar in the Middle East I have become familiar with many GCC regulations and working practices. I am now accustomed with the cultural differences within this region and the nuances this presents to designers and other professionals working here. I have proven expertise in a wide variety of projects such as healthcare/custodial, Master Planning, office buildings, residential buildings, community/cultural amenities, retail and education.
I sit on RIBA validation panels to assess architecture courses in the UK and abroad. I have also been a part-time tutor for Year 2 on the BSC Architecture course at Plymouth University and a part 3 examiner at London Metropolitan University.
