Architect cleared of disciplinary charges (05/05/2004)

At a Hearing of ARB's Professional Conduct Committee in Glasgow on 22 April 2004, architect Lesley Elizabeth Robertson from Edinburgh was cleared of four charges of unacceptable professional conduct and/or serious professional incompetence.

The PCC decided that there was insufficient evidence on which to proceed with a full Hearing, and brought the case to a close at the end of ARB's submissions on the charges.

Commenting on the case, ARB's Chief Executive & Registrar,Robin Vaughan, said:

"This decision underlines the strength and importance of having an independent PCC overseeing our disciplinary process to ensure fair play."
