Complaints form
We can only deal with complaints about architects who are on our register. Before completing this form, please check your architect’s registered status by using the ‘Search the Register’ facility on our website (www.arb.org.uk), or call us on 020 75805861.
If you wish to make a complaint about the professional conduct and/or competence of an architect, please complete this form as fully as you can. You should also read our guidance note,‘Making a complaint’, which sets out our complaints procedures. If you do not have this, please ask us for a copy, or go to the Professional Standards section of our website to read it online.
Please write clearly in ink or type, as we need to copy this form to the architect concerned. It will also help us to understand your complaint more fully if you attach copies of any documents you believe are relevant to your complaint.
