ARB’s Equality Scheme
The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is an inclusive organisation. We actively promote equality of opportunity for everybody who has dealings with us, irrespective of their race, gender, disability, religion, belief system, sexual orientation or age.
We will investigate thoroughly any claims of discrimination made against ARB employees and stakeholders, and take appropriate action where discriminatory actions or behaviours are identified.
We have developed an equality scheme which sets out how we approach equality and diversity. You can read the scheme here.
