Accessing and using the Application Forms

Applying for prescription of a new qualification not previously prescribed by ARB

• Please download the New Qualification Application Form and save it on to a disk/computer hard drive. Please refer to the Guidelines for completing the ARB Application for Prescription of a New Qualification Form for further details on completing each section of this form

Applying for prescription of a qualification previously prescribed by ARB

The Application Forms have been designed in Microsoft Word format to allow for the spaces and boxes to be completed in a typed format. Spaces within the boxes provided will expand as necessary.

Once you have completed the relevant Application Form, please print off a copy and ensure that you have signed the form in the relevant sections. You must send us the original, signed version of the Application Form with your full application.
