CHARGE
The architect was charged with unacceptable professional conduct in that:
- He held himself out as an Architect at times when he was not entitled to do so
- He provided information on his firm’s notepaper that was misleading
DECISION
THE CHAIRMAN: Henry Michael Cummings, you admitted the charges; namely one, you held yourself out as an architect at times when you were not entitled to do so, and secondly you provided information on your firm’s notepaper that was misleading. Thus, we find you guilty of unacceptable professional conduct.
The solicitor complainant, Mr Cadman, having outlined the case against you, you admitted you were guilty of unacceptable professional conduct but wished to submit mitigation which we agreed to hear in private. We considered your plea for mitigation long and hard but we found your plea unacceptable and came to the conclusion that you showed contempt for the previous sanctions of the Board and we thus suspend you for six months. That is our decision. |
